Important for macOS users:

macOS may block apps from unidentified developers due to Gatekeeper.

If you see a message saying the app "cannot be opened":

1. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security
2. Scroll down to the "Security" section
3. Look for a message about Artisan's Skin Detailer
4. Click Open Anyway

Then try opening the app again. Recommendation: Move the app file into your Applications folder.
